Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4380\" data-end=\"4465\">All technology, software, scripts, and platform components are owned by Scupe.ai LLC.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4467\" data-end=\"4554\">You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4556\" data-end=\"4568\">You may not:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4569\" data-end=\"4679\">\n<li data-section-id=\"lhxnmq\" data-start=\"4569\" data-end=\"4622\">Copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce the platform<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1321ud0\" data-start=\"4623\" data-end=\"4679\">Attempt to extract underlying technology or datasets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"fel9ut\" data-start=\"4686\" data-end=\"4722\">9. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"5729\" data-end=\"5806\">To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scupe.ai LLC shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5808\" data-end=\"5937\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1upnejb\" data-start=\"5808\" data-end=\"5858\">Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"o707g0\" data-start=\"5859\" data-end=\"5896\">Loss of profits, revenue, or data<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1px0h56\" data-start=\"5897\" data-end=\"5937\">Regulatory penalties or legal claims<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5939\" data-end=\"5976\">Our total liability shall not exceed:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5977\" data-end=\"6068\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1yvgs6f\" data-start=\"5977\" data-end=\"6044\">The amount paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"d83s8g\" data-start=\"6045\" data-end=\"6068\">$100 for free users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"6070\" data-end=\"6089\">Whichever is lower.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1aapqlv\" data-start=\"6096\" data-end=\"6118\">14.
